You have the option to purchase Sansha’s ballet pointe selection service.This service is intended for dancers whose coaches have recommended purchasing their first pair of pointe shoes, or for dancers who need to buy another pair of pointe shoes and who prefer to select them in person.(Neither the service nor the product itself (the pointe shoes) is intended for people who have no ballet experience or a coach and who do not practice under the supervision of a specialist!)

This service is provided at our company's headquarters, in Wrocław.Since customers must come to our location, this service is available to customers from Wrocław and the surrounding area who live close enough to visit us.

Is there a charge for trying on clothes??

There is a fee for the "point" fitting service supervised by us.The fee is charged when you select an appointment time.

You get our expertise and the time we’ll devote exclusively to you.We'll guide you through the entire fitting process and share our expertise:

• choosing the right point size, as well as suggestions on which size to choose in a given situation,
• We'll explain the functions of pointe shoes and which accessories are essential for a given dancer,
• We'll show you how to use additional accessories such as inserts, fillers, etc..by analyzing the case of the dancer's foot data,
• We'll explain how, with what, and where to attach the straps, elastic bands, and tabs so that they last as long as possible,
• We'll give you tips on how to care for your points as you continue to use them, and how to avoid "mishaps" so they'll last as long as possible.

We charge a fee for our several years of experience in selecting pointers, our practical knowledge, and the time we spend—a fee that is not applied toward the cost of the products purchased..You'll also need to add the cost of the products you've selected to the service fee.

If you need to reschedule the meeting, you can do so no later than.48 hours before the meeting. If you cancel your appointment entirely or fail to show up for the appointment, the fitting fee will not be refunded.An exception that allows for a refund of the service fee is if, during a meeting, our employee determines that it is not possible to adjust the pointe shoes to the dancer's feet at that moment..A dancer’s decision to decline the pointe shoe options presented to him or her does not constitute grounds for a refund of the service fee and is considered a service rendered.

How to Prepare for a Meeting?

Please take your old set with you (points, inserts, fillers, etc.).) - when purchasing another pair of point shoes.This allows us to better select the next pair, since we can glean a lot from your previous points.Don't forget to take them with you!Don't forget the insoles either—if you don't have them, they'll be selected again along with your new pair of point shoes.

Please take home the tights you wore during class.Please do not come to fittings wearing socks that you don't normally wear while exercising.

At the meeting, we always ask, among other things, “Did the coach express any preferences regarding the point for a particular dancer?” We’ll ask you that question as well..The coach also doesn't have to give you that information; it's not necessary, and you don't need to press him by asking that question..We’re asking about this because these are important points for us to consider when a coach provides such guidance to a particular dancer.

Duration:

The duration of the service depends on the specific requirements for its completion.We provide an approximate time of about 1 hourthat you should set aside for selecting a point at our company.This is due to the fitting process itself, during which the customer has as much time as they need to assess comfort and to ask and receive answers to any questions that arise during the visit.
